NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of PHILIPPINE GUILD OF WATERCOLORISTS , INC., will be held by remote communication via Zoom on 26 September 2020 at 2pm for the following agenda:

1. Determination of Quorum
2. Reports of Officers
a. The Year That Went By
b. Current State of Affairs
c. Plans for Balance Year 2020 and 2021
d. Unveiling of New Website
3. Ratification of Acts from Jan 2019- July 2020
4. Approval of Change in Corporate Address
5. Approval of Proposed Amended By-laws
6. Q&A
7. Election of the Board of Trustees for the Next Term
8. Other Matters
9. Adjournment
There will be prizes to be raffled out to the members who register on or before September 21, 2020.
If you cannot personally attend the meeting, you may appoint a proxy to represent you by accomplishing the proxy form and returning the same to the Corporate Secretary on or before September 21, 2020. There will be a visual and audio recording of the AGM. The copy of the minutes and the link for the recording will be sent to all members in good standing after the meeting.
