An effective way to learn techniques is by creating a mastercopy – your own reproduction of an artwork by another artist. Featured Artist’s works will be posted on Sept 1, 2020. Entries for the Master Copy Challenge are accepted from Sept 1-8, 2020

COURSE INFORMATION:
Marinescape Watercolor Painting Workshop with Dino Pajao
Workshop Objectives
* to understand and appreciate transparent watercolor painting
* to understand, appreciate and be able to apply correct tonal values
* to understand and practice color mixing
* to learn how to project and paint mood
* to learn tips on simplified and impactful watercolor painting
YOU WILL NEED: (detailed materials to follow)
1. 100% cotton Watercolor Paper 300gsm (1/4 sheet or 10x15in to 12x16in)
2. Watercolor Brushes (Round brush and flat brush)
3. Watercolor Paint
4. Other materials: Pencil, Erase, Water bucket, tissue, water sprayer, hair dryer (optional)
5. Willingness to explore and learn
These are the materials the instructor uses but you may use whatever is available to you 🙂
