NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of PHILIPPINE GUILD OF WATERCOLORISTS , INC., will be held by remote communication via Zoom on Saturday, 24 September 2022 at 2pm with the following agenda:

There will be prizes to be raffled out to the members who register attend the meeting. CANDIDATES for THE BOARD must be fully updated in their membership dues by August 31, 2022 since nominations will open on September 1, 2022.
If you cannot personally attend the meeting, you may appoint a proxy to represent you by accomplishing the proxy form and returning the same to the Corporate Secretary on or before 12nn September 24, 2022. There will be a visual and audio recording of the AGM. The copy of the minutes and the link for the recording will be sent to all members in good standing after the meeting.
