Rochelle “Cher” Cabula-Mendoza is a practicing freelance Interior Designer who graduated from the University of the Philippines where she strengthened her skills in the arts and learned art theories. She is a managing partner of a construction drawing outsourcing business which takes up most of her work days. She is also a blogger, calligrapher and watercolorist. She also supports several animal and environment advocacies. She is currently an active member of the Philippine Guild of Watercolorists where is the current head of the Graphics Committee for the upcoming National Watercolor Convention.

Cher is no stranger to bouts of creative streaks and periods of creative blocks put finds strength in herself to push forward regardless. Her favorite medium is watercolor but is currently also developing a love for gouache and oils. For her, art is a continual learning process where she not only gets to express her own ideals but also is a way to connect with a very supportive art community.

Aside from pieces based from her interests and profession, her artworks are usually what speaks to her whether to showcase nature, delight in the fun side of life and sometimes urban scenes. These pieces can be viewed on Instagram where she mostly posts her works. While art is a hobby and a form of therapy from her usual busy days, it is a means for her to inspire and express gratitude to loved ones and followers.

Her works have been accepted into International Watercolor Exhibitions like 2021 International Pyreenes Watercolor Contest & Exhibition, 2021 IWS Hemkanti Heart to Heart Exhibition, 2021 JIWI International Watercolor Exhibition, 2021 Autumn Malaysia International Online Juried Art Competition, 2021 Vietnam International Watercolor Exhibit Fall, 2021 PGW Hues of Hope 4th National Watercolor Convention Exhibition and in the recent 2022 Fabriano in Acquarello.
